Since 2023, we have worked closely with pilot participants to shape Trilby Suite, with many institutions now actively using the platform in production for scholars and employees. As we shift our focus to student functionality in Spring 2026, ongoing feedback continues to directly inform our development priorities. Input from institutions already live in the system is translated into actionable enhancements, strengthening the platform for both current and future users.

Development priorities will be guided by real-world usage, regulatory requirements, and feedback from participating institutions. Enhancements will be released iteratively as features are finalized, rather than waiting for a single launch milestone.
